The client contacted Trezor support who advised him that his passphrase was wrong. Entering the passphrase took the client to an empty wallet. The problems started when the client, who hadn’t used the wallet for a while, connected his Trezor, upgraded the firmware and was then unable to access his tokens. ![]() The wallet contained quantities of Ethereum (ETH), Aave (AAVE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens.
